Our hot water system was leaking rang the agent who put us in touch with Prompt to come look at it. Adam turned up in the allotted time & confirmed it would be an insurance job as it was still under warranty & arranged for it to be replaced the next day - a Sat which surprised me! I was given a time slot & Chris arrived very earlier within that time he was very cheerful when he greeted me & got straight to work with job completed in about 1/2 hour he then showed me how to flush the tank etc. I signed the paperwork & Chris took the old tank away could not get over how friendly happy ( was whistling & singing) the whole time he was working. I will certainly recommend Prompt & Chris & Adam to anyone needing plumbing work done!! Old fashioned service with a smile 😊

We had a burst flexi cable under bathroom sink. Water everywhere! Chris from Prompt plumbing arrived at designated time and fixed it quickly. We also had issue with kitchen sink tap, he replaced it with a new tap checked other flexi cable in other bathroom checked Hws and all was done in about 30 minutes. Professional, pleasant helpful.
